Writer/ Director/ Editor in London

B studied at Chelsea UAL, choosing moving image as her medium. From there she progressed into music videos and commercials and from there: films. Her debut short film Tin Luck was nominated for BEST UK at Raindance. 

Tin Luck was a community driven film, where the characters were cast from the location and B worked with the cast to write the script. Tin Luck was a one day shoot and it was an all-in-one 9 minute shot on 35mm. 

NOW in 2024 B has written her debut feature film, about another community in London and has started the process for funding. Whilst she writes B works as a commissioned Editor and Director. 

As a Director and a Writer B is into humanities and arts pushing the boundaries of film's power. In particular, the puzzling jigsaw of energies and identities. How do these energies and identities communicate; what connects them? What makes people think? How do people curate their own worlds or how do people curate it for them? And is this where problems arise?
